The Ukrainian Deminers Association NGO announces an open national tender for the procurement of EORE/CPP session material kits and other printed products under reference number UA/PRF/2026/UDA/May/2990.
The procurement is carried out within the framework of the project “Restoring Livelihoods and Revitalizing Rural Communities Affected by Mines and Explosive Remnants of War”, implemented by the Ukrainian Deminers Association NGO with the support of PAH / DoS under the project “REACT: Risk Education and Cash Transfers for Protection”.
Who we are looking for: a supplier of printed products and branded promotional materials.
Subject of Procurement
- 17,500 material kits within a single lot.
- Each kit includes: a training manual, a workbook, an informational leaflet/poster, and a branded ballpoint pen.
- Delivery in 2–3 batches to: 11 Nazarivska Street, Kyiv.
- The final deadline for delivery of the entire quantity is no later than August 31, 2026.

Product Samples
The participant must provide one sample, or a previously produced equivalent sample, of each product type. Samples must be delivered to: 11 Nazarivska Street, Kyiv, no later than July 6, 2026 (inclusive).
