TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
Procurement of Services for the Preparation and Delivery of Two Training Sessions
Project: “Building a Resilient Future and Strengthening Safety, Protection, and Resilience for Conflict-Affected Families in Eastern Ukraine,” DANIDA, Partnership Agreement No. 21039 dated 01.05.2026.
The Public Organization “Ukrainian Deminers Association” announces a tender for the procurement of services for the preparation and delivery of two training sessions for 50 employees of the Organization within the framework of the above-mentioned project.
Who we are looking for: a service provider with relevant experience, qualified trainers, and the capacity to prepare and deliver both training sessions in accordance with the requirements of this announcement and the Terms of Reference.

| Important. This procurement is not divided into separate lots. The bidder must submit a single proposal covering the full scope of services, including the preparation and delivery of both training sessions. Partial proposals will not be considered. | |||
2. Requirements for the Financial Proposal
The financial proposal must include:
- full legal name of the bidder, EDRPOU/Tax Identification Number, contact person, telephone number, and email address;
- the total price for the full scope of services, as well as the separate cost of preparing and delivering each training session;
- confirmation that the price includes all applicable taxes, fees, and other expenses related to the provision of the services;
- the proposed format and duration of each training session;
- the number of trainers to be involved;
- the proposed payment terms;
- confirmation of the bidder’s ability to deliver both training sessions within the periods specified by the Contracting Authority.

3. Documents to Be Submitted by the Bidder
- Signed financial proposal in PDF format.
- Extract or certificate from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations.
- Document confirming the bidder’s tax status: VAT payer certificate/extract or single tax payer certificate/extract, depending on the bidder’s tax status.
- Description of the proposed concept, agenda, and methodology for each training session.
- CV(s) of the trainer(s), including education and qualifications.
- Documents or information confirming the bidder’s experience in delivering similar training sessions: copies of contracts, recommendation letters, service completion certificates, and/or a list of implemented similar projects.
- Confirmation of the bidder’s ability to deliver both training sessions within the periods specified by the Contracting Authority.
4. Proposal Evaluation Criteria
- compliance of the proposal with the requirements of this announcement and the Terms of Reference;
- price of the services;
- the bidder’s experience in conducting similar training sessions;
- quality of the proposed training program and methodology;
- proposed payment terms;
- ability to conduct the training sessions within the required timeframe;
- completeness of the submitted documentation.
The successful bidder will be selected based on the overall evaluation of all criteria; the lowest price will not be the sole determining factor.
