Ukrainian Deminers Association announces the launch of a tender for the procurement of a robotic system for mechanical demining within the framework of the project “Safe Lands of Ukraine: Local Demining as a Foundation for Sustainable Recovery” funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

2. Expected Value

A lower price will be considered a significant advantage.

The price must include all expenses related to delivery, taxes, and vehicle registration.

Delivery location: 34/38 Zodchykh Street, Kyiv, Ukraine

The participant may offer different products and submit a price proposal electronically, indicating pricing information, other evaluation criteria, and providing the following documents:

  • Confirmation of registration in the Unified State Register (legal entity / sole proprietor).
  • EDRPOU certificate (for legal entities) — if available.
  • Participant contact details (bank details and contact person).
  • Documents confirming the authority of the person signing the contract (order/power of attorney, etc.).
  • Bank certificate confirming the opening of current account(s).
  • Documents/certificates confirming compliance of the goods with the declared technical specifications (if available).
  • New equipment. Availability of a valid Certificate of Conformity issued by an accredited certification body in Ukraine (according to the Mine Action Process Certification Procedure). Copy of the Certificate.
  • Provision of a copy of successful test reports confirming clearing efficiency.
  • Information on equipment modernization, if applicable.

4. Payment, Evaluation Criteria, and Proposal Submission

Payment will be made via bank transfer. Payment terms will be discussed separately.

  • Delivery terms and conditions.

Mandatory conditions for proposal submission:

  • Commercial proposals must be submitted in an archived file protected by a password;
  • The password must be provided through a separate communication channel or at the time specified by the Customer on the last day of the tender.
