for the procurement of uniform (workwear) sets
NGO “Association of Deminers of Ukraine” announces the launch of a tender for the procurement of uniform (workwear) sets within the framework of the project “Accelerating Land Release and Restoration in Ukraine through the Use of Technical Survey Dogs” APOPO.
Who we are looking for: a supplier of uniforms (workwear)
1. Subject of procurement

Uniform (workwear) set of the following composition:
- Summer uniform color – coyote. Winter uniform color – black
- Baseball cap – 1 pc.;
- Fleece hat – 1 pc.;
- Winter jacket – 1 pc.;
- SoftShell jacket – 1 pc.;
- SoftShell tactical trousers – 1 pc.
- Suit (trousers, field jacket) – 1 set;
- Fleece sweatshirt – 1 pc.;
- Long-sleeve shirt – 1 pc.;
- Polo shirt – 1 pc.
- T-shirt – 2 pcs.;
- Tactical belt – 1 pc.;
- Tactical demi-season boots – 1 pair;
- Tactical summer boots – 1 pair;
- Tactical winter boots – 1 pair
- Thermal underwear – 1 set.
Clothing sizes:
- XS – 4 sets,
- S – 4 sets,
- M – 5 sets,
- L – 2 sets,
- XL – 5 sets,
- 2XL – 5 sets,
- 3XL – 2 sets
Footwear sizes:
- 36 – 3 pairs,
- 37 – 3 pairs,

- 42 – 3 pairs,
- 43 – 4 pairs,
- 44 – 3 pairs,
- 45 – 3 pairs,
- 46 – 2 pairs.

2. Expected value
Expected procurement value: UAH 989,658.00 (Nine hundred eighty-nine thousand six hundred fifty-eight hryvnias and 00 kopecks), including VAT.
The price must include all expenses related to delivery, taxes, and vehicle registration.
2. Place of delivery: Kyiv, 10 Symona Petliury St., Office 4
The participant shall submit their proposal electronically, indicating pricing information, other evaluation criteria, and provide the following documents:
- Proof of registration in the Unified State Register (legal entity/sole proprietor).
- EDRPOU certificate (for legal entities) — if available.
- Participant’s contact details (company details and contact person).
- Documents confirming the authority of the person to sign the contract (order/power of attorney, etc.).
- Bank certificate confirming the opening of current account(s).
- Documents/certificates confirming compliance of the goods with the declared technical specifications (if available).
Payment will be made by bank transfer, with partial advance payment to a legal entity or sole proprietor.
