The Public Organization “Association of Sappers of Ukraine” announces a tender for the procurement of metal detectors within the framework of the project “Humanitarian Mine Action and Protection from Explosive Weapons”, NORAD-MAG-UDA.
Who we are looking for: a supplier of metal detectors.
Subject of Procurement:
- Name: metal detectors for humanitarian mine clearance.
- Quantity: 8 (eight) units.
- Place of delivery: Kyiv.
Estimated Value:
The estimated value of the procurement is UAH 1,594,796.16 (one million five hundred ninety-four thousand seven hundred ninety-six hryvnias and 16 kopecks), including VAT.
The price must include all costs associated with the supply, taxes, and delivery of the goods (including, if applicable, packaging, warranty service, and other related expenses).

- The goods must be new, in their original factory packaging, undamaged, and properly labeled.

As part of their tender proposal, the bidder must submit the following documents:
- commercial proposal (in PDF format as a scanned copy of a document bearing the handwritten signature of an authorized representative, or as an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature) indicating the supplier’s name, company/sole proprietor details and contact person (full name, telephone number, e-mail), product description, price information, and other evaluation criteria;
- a copy of the state registration certificate or a copy of an extract/certificate from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
- a copy of the VAT payer certificate or an extract from the VAT payer register (if the bidder is a VAT payer), or a copy of the single tax payer certificate (if the bidder is a single tax payer).
Payment will be made by bank transfer, with partial advance payment to a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.
Selection Criteria:
- Compliance with the technical requirements;
- Best “Price–Quality” ratio;
- Delivery terms and timeframe;
- Terms for returning/replacing the goods.
