NGO Ukrainian Deminers Association announces a tender for the procurement of metal detectors (4 units).
LOT 1
Procurement item information:
1. Metal detector for detecting metallic objects and low-conductivity materials under challenging conditions (e.g. mineralized soils) without sensitivity loss – 2 units
The procurement is carried out within the framework of the project “Strengthening the capacities of conflictaffected populations and mine action actors to face explosive ordnance contamination in the east of Ukraine” (hereinafter – the Project), implemented in partnership with Humanity & Inclusion under the grant agreement dated 23.05.2025 and funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO).
The metal detector must meet all the necessary requirements applicable to detectors intended for humanitarian demining.
Technical specifications:
Parameter name | Value |
Metal detector circuitry type | Induction, VLF (Very Low Frequency) |
Types of detectable metals | Ferrous and non-ferrous |
Search method | Continuous movement of the search element |
Target detection indication | Visual (VDI), audio, vibration (vibration mode) |
Headphone compatibility | Monophonic wired headphone |
Detection depth for TM-62M anti-tank mine with MVCh-62 on soil surface, cm | Not less than 50 |
Detection depth for PMN-2 anti-personnel mine on soil surface, cm | Not less than 15 |
Operating time without recharging with an additional battery, hours | Not less than 48 |
Additional information:
The weight of the device (with DD24 search coil and additional battery) must not exceed 2.5 kg. It must operate within a temperature range of –30 to +60 °C. The product must be new, factory-packaged, undamaged, and properly labeled.
Delivery location: Kyiv, Symona Petliury Street, 10
Evaluation criteria for Lot 1:
- Technical offer
- Lowest price
- Delivery terms and conditions
- Return/replacement conditions in case of non-conformity
