The Ukrainian Deminers Association had the honor of speaking at this year’s NDM-UN 29 — one of the key international platforms in the field of humanitarian demining.

This year, UDA was represented in three panel discussions:

• a panel on localization and strengthening the role of national organizations;
• a panel dedicated to MVA and support for mine victims;
• a joint panel with UN Women on the involvement of women in humanitarian demining.

For us, this is not only recognition of the work of Ukrainian specialists, but also an opportunity to share Ukraine’s experience, challenges, and solutions with the international community — solutions that are being shaped every day under wartime conditions.
